Governmental Jezebel

If you want to see the Jezebel-Ahab dynamic in play, don’t look at the church, look at the government.

That’s where it starts.

The 450 prophets of Baal and the 400 prophets of Asherah were in Queen Jezebel’s employ. They may not have been paid off, but you can bet that they walked in complete agreement with her agenda.

After all, they sat at her table.

1 Kings 18:19
Now therefore, send and gather all Israel to me on Mount Carmel, the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal, and the four hundred prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel’s table.

These were not pagan imports from Jezebel’s homeland of Sidon – these were bloodborn Hebrews.

After losing the battle with Elijah, the 450 prophets of Baal were killed. (1 Kings 18:40)

But what of the 400 prophets of Asherah?

They continued to prophesy in the king’s court, and they prophesied in the Name of YHWH.

Read 1 Kings 22:6 . . . How many prophets were prophesying before the king after the death of the prophets of Baal?

1 Kings 22:6
Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, “Shall I go against Ramoth Gilead to fight, or shall I refrain?” So they said, “Go up, for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.”

Yep . . . 400. These were undoubtedly prophets of Asherah.

Think about it . . .Do you really think Jezebel would have allowed the true prophets of YHWH to prophesy before her husband? No way.

Let’s bring this forward into today.

Kris Vallotton schmoozing with Pope Francis

Who finds favor with our government and the elite because they constantly prophesy “positive and encouraging words” in the Name of YHWH?

Do you really think Jezebel would allow a true prophet to stand before Donald Trump? No way.

But he can (and does) surround himself with the prophets of Asherah.

They may be labeled right-wing, religious, Christian leaders, but that label is a distraction.

You see, just like Ahab and Jezebel served the false religious system installed by Jeroboam (aka “the sin of Jeroboam”), so too does our government (along with the religious figureheads that surround them) support the exact same sin.

This sin replaces the true worship of the Most High, by instituting a false system of worship with false idols, false altars, false holy days and a priesthood that can be bought and sold by anyone who can afford a cemetery degree.

Traditional church setting

The all-powerful church system and its supporting structure is a facade. And it’s oh so believable because it’s been in place for generations – a couple thousand years, in fact.

We know no better because it is all we have ever known.

We’ve built our experiences around it.

We are emotionally invested in it.

Our friends are there and support it.

Our families are there and support it.

The leaders we are trained to look up to are there.

And those same leaders, friends and family threaten us with hellfire if we deviate from the accepted norm!

This system is so alluring that even the mighty Jehu – who killed Jezebel and “destroyed Baal from Israel” – would continue to serve this system, which hinders you from walking in the Torah with all your heart.

2 Kings 10:28-31
Thus Jehu destroyed Baal from Israel. However Jehu did not turn away from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who had made Israel sin, that is, from the golden calves that were at Bethel and Dan.

And the LORD said to Jehu, “Because you have done well in doing what is right in My sight, and have done to the house of Ahab all that was in My heart, your sons shall sit on the throne of Israel to the fourth generation.”
But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law (Torah) of the LORD God of Israel with all his heart; for he did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam, who had made Israel sin.

This system claims heavenly authority but, like Jeroboam’s system, they do not serve the God of Israel – no matter how much they profess to do so.

You see, because of the tripe promoted by Charisma magazine, TBN, Elijah List and others of their ilk, the christian masses are more than eager to to label anyone (especially women) who are manipulative, seductive or even who dabble in witchcraft as having “the spirit of Jezebel.”

I’ve got news for you . . . that’s not “the spirit of Jezebel.”

This whole “spirit of Jezebel” thing is a ploy to sell books and further the paradigm of modern day deliverance/prophetic ministries.

ANYONE can be manipulative, overtly sexual and even dabble witchcraft . . . anyone.

Besides that, you won’t find “the spirit of Jezebel” ONE TIME in the bible . . . anywhere.

In order to understand the Jezebel in the bible and what made her unique . . . and in order to understand those in the church today who ACT LIKE Jezebel (notice I didn’t say “had the spirit of Jezebel?”), you have to understand:

  • the GOAL of her manipulation
  • the GOAL of her seduction
  • the GOAL of her witchcraft

In a nutshell (that I will expound upon later) . . . the GOAL of Jezebel’s antics was:

  • to SILENCE the prophets of YHWH
  • to GIVE VOICE to the prophets of Baal and Asherah
  • to SUPPORT the sin of Jeroboam and
  • to SUPPORT the CONQUEST of those who would further that agenda.

The Sin of Jeroboam is alive and well, and – if you support and believe the current structure – you are (knowingly or unknowingly) participating in that sin.

And there is a price to pay for doing so.

1 Kings 14:16
And He will give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, who sinned and who made Israel sin.

1 Kings 13:34
And this thing was the sin of the house of Jeroboam, so as to exterminate and destroy it from the face of the earth.

I know this is a pretty harsh post, but we’ve got to open our eyes and prepare for the coming days. The deception that awaits us looks nothing like the picture that our traditional eschatology paints.

Recognize the real Jezebel. She has you chasing a red herring and her cronies at Charisma magazine are all-too-eager to perpetuate the agenda.

After all, they too eat at Jezebel’s table.

Psalm 119 - Aleph

Psalm 119:6 – Is There Shame in Our Game?

In the West, we have become so calloused to sin. We don’t even bat an eye at the skin on the screen in front of us. We rationalize our profanity and vice, plastering the wall with whitewash. It’s such a far cry from the heart that the Father desires.

False prophets always draw a crowd

False Prophets Always Draw a Crowd

If I see a prophet with a large following, red flags go off in my head right away. Usually, when a prophet is surrounded by many people, it is because the people like what they hear.

  1. But as you said, they are USED to what they believe is “right and good.” I have stayed so far away from all things “Christmas” and “Easter” for over 15 years, but that has meant I’m also VERY isolated. I no longer have friends or family, because they all follow after man’s traditions in the world, while I keep Torah and am an obedient child of the King. None will listen to me and love to use the phrase, “you’re under the law”… I accept it and continue walking the narrow path.

  2. Excellent analysis Kevin, I enjoyed
listening to this, plus reading it
afterward. Appreciate the short message and the ability to read it afterwards, because my old ears don’t hear so well anymore. Looking forward to more podcasts. Karen in Spokane, WA

  3. very good. This is a confirmation to what I have been trying to warn believers about, i.e. there is no Jezebel spirit mentioned in the Bible. I have printed off a list of all the spirits mentioned in the Bible and it is just not there. Thank you for your work especially regarding the Elijah list and those who cling to that.

  4. The podcast sounds good. I really like being able to listen to and read along at the same time. Can’t wait for more.

  5. For what ever reason l can’t seem to get it play, l have tried for days, just keeps saying its loading.
