To those who feel compelled to follow, and fit within, the current (and failing) church paradigm – consider.
You are not called to make the best of a bad situation. You are called to follow the King and prepare His Way.
This is the very essence of the Spirit of Elijah.
You are not called to follow a systematic theology that conveniently caters to your denominational beliefs. You are called to follow the Word of God in its entirety.
You are not called to follow the self-serving dogmas imposed upon you by your self-appointed leaders who have wasted their lives pursuing other people’s opinion of what it means to be a believer. You are called to think for yourselves and work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
This is not a call for you to leave the fellowship of the Body … this is a call for you to depart from those who were never “in Christ” to begin with.
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness [G458 – anomia]? And what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?
In case you didn’t make the connection yet, this is a call for you to walk the narrow path.
Always remember, you are called to a kingdom… His Kingdom.
